What size should I order?

When buying online it can be hard to know what's the perfect size for you, so in order to make sure you can order your garment with the perfect fit, we have made sure to add a sizing guide below all items on the website. Our sizing is true to size unless stated otherwise, so if you wish for an oversized fitting we would recommend for you to order a size larger than your perfect fit. If you still have doubts make sure to contact us via email and we will be more than happy to help.

2How do I use my discount code?
Before making payment, you will be provided with an option to apply your discount code.
3Can I use more than one discount code?
It is very likely that discount codes cannot be accumulated if more than one can be applied. It is also possible that the discount codes are not valid for some offer products.
4Can i modify my order?
Once you have placed your order and been charged, we cannot modify the components. If you have had a problem with your order, we will be happy to help you. To do so, chat with us through the channels indicated on the contact page.

Returns and Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Sale items Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
